B 1.2.4.4 Nödstopp -sammansatta installationer –maskingrupper
När två eller flera maskiner är sammansatta för att tillsammans fungera som
en enhet ska nö dstoppvara utförd enligt följande:
· Röd svampformad tryckknapp med diameter min 60 mm.
· Märkt”N ÖDSTOPP –MASKINGRUPP” på lokalt språk.
· Lina är alternativ till tryckknapp , märkt ”NÖDSTOPP” på lokalt språk.
· Placerad/åtkomlig på samtliga manöver -och operatörsplatser.
· Samtliga ingående maskiner ska vid påverkan nödstoppas.
B 1.2.5 Val av styrsätt
EN 292-2 punkt 3.7.9, EN 954-1 punkt 5.10 och EN 60204-1 punkt9.2.3 och
9.2.4 ska alltid uppfyllas.

B 1.2.5.1 Automatisk drift
Inga tekniska skyddsfunktionerfår kunna bortkopplas.
B 1.2.5.2 Manuell drift
Alla rörelser ska startas/styras genom manuell påverkan av manöverdonför
respektive delrörelse från stationär eller mobil manöverpanel.
Om tekniska skyddsfunktioner kan bortkopplas gäller dessutom:
· Automatisk drift spärrad via styrsättsväljare.
· Överblickbarhet av riskområdet från manöverplatsen .
· Endast manövrering med hålldon och lägre hastighet .
· Om vistelse krävs inne i riskområdet ska treläges acceptdonanvändas.
B 1.3 Skydd mot mekaniska risker
B 1.3.2 Risk för brott under drift
Maskinkonstruktionen ska motverka att delar kastas ut vid ex sprängning av
slipskiva, verktygshaveri eller lossnat arbetsstycke.

B 1.3.7 Förhindrande av risker i samband med rörliga delar
Vid risk för låsning, blockering eller fastkilning ska verktyg, märkning och
anvisningarför losstagning finnas.
B 1.4 Krav på egenskaper hos skydd och skyddsanordningar
B 1.4.1 Allmänna krav
Samtligaskydd och skyddsanordningar ska vara dokumen terade med
beteckning, dimensionoch materialkvalité samt typkontrollintyg där detta
krävs. SeMD98/37/EEC(AFS 1994:48) annex 4 B om typkontroll av
säkerhetskomponenter.

B 1.2.5 Selection of control method

· Only operation with the enabling switches and lower speed.

Machine construction must counter parts being thrown out at the ex bursting of the
grinding wheel, tool failure or loose work piece.
